Ingredient Notes
Almond Flour

Cocoa Powder
Go for thin natural cocoa greasepaint( not Dutch- reused). It gives you that rich chocolate flavor without added carbs or bitterness. A good- quality cocoa makes a big difference!
Keto Sweetener
Stick with a pulverized or granulated low- carb sweetener that measures like sugar. Erythritol, monk fruit composites, or allulose work great. Acclimate to taste if you like it sweeter or further bittersweet.
Egg
It gives the mug cutlet structure and a bit of rise. However, it can beget the adulation to harden when mixed — so let it sit out a nanosecond or two before adding, If it’s too cold.
Adulation
Adds uproariousness and keeps it moist. However, you can sub in melted coconut oil painting, but adulation gives a better flavor in this one, If you’re dairy-free.
Baking Greasepaint
Do n’t skip it! It helps give the cutlet that ethereal lift, so it does n’t turn into a thick elf. Make sure your baking greasepaint is fresh — expired one wo n’t work duly.
Vanilla Extract
Adds a warm, cate – y flavor to balance the chocolate. You can also try peppermint, almond, or indeed orange excerpt for a flavor twist!
